I need to be one thankful Dad. Everyday I wake my daughter up and typically I am running late, so she has to get upi and get in the bathroom take a shower and get ready for school all while not stopping once to lay back down or take a break.
I remember when I was a kid, my mother had to come in and wake me up a few times before I would actually get out of bed.
Not my daughter! I walk in and sit on her bed and wake her up slowly. Sometimes I tickle her although most of the time I will rub her back for a few seconds then get up and tell her it’s time to get up.
She does though. She gets right up and walks to the bathroom and starts her morning ritual. I am definitely thankful she gets right up!
